Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, On-Site
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8.15am-4.45pm, Friday - 8.15am-3.45pm

Key Responsibilities:
* Raising and processing purchase orders (POs)
* Invoice processing, matching, and query resolution
* Supplier statement checks and basic reconciliations
* Processing expenses and employee timesheets
* Maintaining accurate financial records for audit purposes
* Support project and finance-related activities
* Acts as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and stakeholders
Essential:
* Previous experience working in a similar role
* Experience supporting basic finance processes (e.g. POs, invoices, expenses, timesheets)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a busy working environment
Desirable:
* Experience supporting payroll-related administrative tasks or timesheet systems
* Familiarity with finance systems or ERP systems
* Experience working within a project-based, engineering, construction, or operational environment
