Customer Service Advisor

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, premium service provider for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team based in Earlsfield.

If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy solving problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

* Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering a professional and friendly service.

* Take ownership of customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring every interaction ends with a positive outcome.

* Manage engineers' diaries and installation schedules using an electronic booking system.

* Accurately update customer information and job details across scheduling and account management systems.

* Liaise with internal departments to ensure engineers have everything they need to complete installations successfully.

* Identify process improvements and help drive operational efficiency while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience in a Customer Service or Call Centre environment.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* A confident and professional telephone manner.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

* Experience using Zendesk, FSM, or similar CRM/scheduling systems is desirable but not essential.

This is a Monday to Friday position working alternating shift patterns between 8:30am-5pm & 9am-5:30pm.
