Founders' Associate | Growing E-commerce & Digital Agency | South West London (Hybrid)
A fast-growing e-commerce and digital marketing agency is looking for a highly organised and ambitious Founders' Associate to work directly alongside the leadership team.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, with significant responsibility from day one. You'll have a front-row seat to how a growing agency operates while helping drive its continued success.
The Role
No two days are the same. Your responsibilities may include:
Preparing client reports and performance summaries
Conducting market research, building prospect lists and creating briefing documents
Drafting emails, LinkedIn content and marketing communications
Reviewing client deliverables to ensure quality before they are shared
Coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements
Maintaining CRM systems and internal business processes
Providing operational support wherever needed to keep the business running efficientlyThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Naturally proactive and able to anticipate what needs doing
A confident writer who can adapt their communication style for different audiences
Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Eager to learn about e-commerce, digital marketing and business operations
Previous experience in an agency, marketing or e-commerce environment is beneficial but not essential-attitude, curiosity and initiative are valued most.

Salary of £28,000 plus a performance-based bonus of up to 15%
