A well-established, design-led architectural practice is seeking a qualified Architect to join their Leeds team. The practice works across a wide variety of sectors including residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and mixed-use schemes, delivering high-quality projects from concept through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and supportive environment, gaining exposure to a diverse range of projects across all RIBA stages.
Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
• Deliver architectural projects across all RIBA stages from concept through to completion
• Produce and coordinate high-quality design and technical information
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop coordinated design solutions
• Prepare planning applications, tender packages, and construction documentation
• Attend client meetings, design team meetings, and site visits as required
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and technical standards
• Support project delivery through strong technical and design input
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects across multiple sectors
Requirements for this Architect role:
• Qualified Architect (ARB registered)
• Experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
• Experience working across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, and healthcare
• Strong design, technical, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Revit is desirable; other relevant software experience beneficial
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Confident managing workload and contributing to multiple live projects
