Teaching Personnel is working with a range of primary, secondary, and SEN schools across East London boroughs, seeking enthusiastic and committed Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils both in and out of the classroom.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or youth work.
The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide in-class support across a range of subjects
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils with additional needs
Support students with SEND, SEMH, and learning barriers
Assist teachers with planning, preparation, and classroom management
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
The role is highly rewarding and offers exposure to diverse school settings across East London.
