Housing Support Worker

37.5 Hours per week

£27,500 per annum

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to support vulnerable people on a permanent basis.

You will be required to visit properties in and around the Stratford area, supporting tenants who are at risk of homelessness/ substance abuse/ mental health issues.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:

Provide person-centred 1:1 support, creating and reviewing individual support plans to help residents achieve personal goals and promote positive behaviours.
Offer guidance and advocacy across housing, health, welfare and related areas, supporting residents to make informed choices.
Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, including mental health and housing services, to meet residents needs effectively.
Maintain accurate records, contribute to meetings, and comply with organisational policies, legal requirements, and best practice standards. Essential Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:

Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
