Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who offer a wide range of design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their team in York.

Personal developmentDuties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
Manage and deliver a range of residential and commercial projects
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience managing projects within the residential and commercial sector
Strong experience working from RIBA stages 4 onwards
Excellent technical detailing skills
