Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Marketing Communications Specialist on a full-time 12 month fixed term contract

Job Role:
* Developing and delivering integrated marketing and communication campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and support business objectives
* Creating engaging content and messaging across a variety of digital and internal communication channels
* Managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid media and performance marketing activity
* Building, deploying, and optimising targeted email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys
* Collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
* Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement
* Supporting customer engagement, retention, and brand reputation through targeted communications and digital feedback initiatives
* Ensuring all marketing activity complies with GDPR, FCA, ASA, and internal brand and governance standards
* Reporting monthly budget status to the Head of Marketing
Skills and experience:
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Strong copywriting skills
* Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms
* Knowledge of paid digital marketing channels
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent organisational skills
