Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and contracts.
Handle HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance records.
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data input.
Monitor and manage employee absences and leave records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
A solid understanding of HR processes and administrative tasks.
CIPD Level 3 qualification is desireable.
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.Job Offer
