Receptionist / Administrator

Salary: c£28,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits
MET Recruitment are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Receptionist / Administrator for their busy office in Wednesbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in creating a positive first impression. You'll be the face of the business, managing reception duties while providing valuable administrative support across several departments.
The Role
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house activities
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Coordinating meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements
Providing general office administration support
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Data entry and document management
Assisting with invoicing, document preparation and commercial administration tasks
Handling customer and supplier enquiries professionally
Supporting colleagues across the business as required
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience within a Receptionist, Front of House or Administrative role
Has a professional and friendly telephone manner
Possesses excellent customer service and communication skills
Is confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Can prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy office environment
Ongoing training and development opportunities
