Monday to Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm | Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Are you looking for a hands-on role within a successful and growing manufacturing business? We are recruiting a Production Operator to join a well-established company in Corby that has been delivering high-quality products for over 30 years. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly team with genuine opportunities for training, development, and long-term career progression.
The Role
Working closely with the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating blending, mixing and other production machinery
Picking and preparing raw materials from production instructions
Manually loading raw material bags (up to 20kg) into machinery
Palletising finished products and wrapping pallets ready for dispatch
Using a Counterbalance FLT to move completed pallets into warehouse locations
Completing production documentation and traceability records accurately
Always following food manufacturing and health & safety proceduresWhat We're Looking For
We are keen to speak with candidates who:
Have previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Ideally have experience in food production, machine operation, mixing, or processing roles
Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (preferred)
Are comfortable with manual handling duties
Can work to production targets and follow detailed instructions
Enjoy working as part of a small, supportive teamWhat's On Offer?
