The Role
As an Account Executive, you will support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Acting as a key link between clients and internal teams, you'll collaborate across departments including Creative, Digital, Media and Operations to ensure exceptional service is delivered at every stage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous agency or marketing experience who is organised, proactive and eager to build a successful career within a thriving agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to and processing client requests efficiently and professionally
* Managing projects through the agency, including:
* Press advertising
* Printed marketing materials
* Digital campaign elements
* Website updates
* Obtaining print and fulfilment quotations and preparing client costings
* Supporting account administration, including:
* Work-in-progress (WIP) updates
* Purchase orders
* Invoice narratives
* Status reports
* Meeting notes
* Financial administration
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Supporting the successful delivery of projects from brief through to completion
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
✅ A Business-related Level 3 Apprenticeship (or equivalent) with an interest in Marketing
✅ A minimum of 1 year's experience within an agency or marketing environment
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Strong organisational and time management abilities
✅ The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
✅ A keen eye for detail
✅ A confident, resilient and proactive approach
✅ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
