We're looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Representative to join a growing team within a relaxed office environment. If you enjoy solving problems, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and making a real difference every day, this could be the perfect role for you.
You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and text, helping members with their accounts, you'll play a key role within the business. Due to the location of the role you would need to be a car driver/owner.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing outstanding customer service across multiple channels.
* Resolving customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
* Managing all related administration and data accurately.
* Working closely with colleagues across different teams.
* Using initiative to solve problems and improve the customer experience.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous customer service experience.
* Is a confident communicator with excellent people skills.
* Has strong IT and organisational abilities.
* Can work independently and as part of a team.
* Stays calm under pressure and enjoys problem-solving.
* Has a positive, can-do attitude.
