A leading distributor of heating products and spares is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Account Manager professional to join their growing team in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a heating or plumbing background who enjoys building relationships, developing business and working within a fast-paced environment.
The business has an excellent reputation within the heating industry and is well known for delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. They are part of a successful and growing UK distribution group and continue to invest heavily in both their people and their long-term growth strategy.
With a strong focus on developing commercial business opportunities, this role offers the chance to work with facilities management companies, contractors and key commercial customers, while also managing and developing high-value key accounts.
Rewards
As an Account Manager, you will receive:
A starting salary between £34,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)
An uncapped annual profit share bonus

Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Internal Sales: Manage inbound enquiries, quotations, order processing and customer follow-ups.
Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new commercial business opportunities, particularly within facilities management and contractor markets.
Customer Service: Deliver a consistently high level of service across phone and email communication.
Product Support: Advise customers on heating parts and product solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure excellent customer outcomes and smooth day-to-day operations.Requirements
To be successful in this Account Manager role, you should have:
Previous experience within the heating, plumbing or related industry would be ideal
Internal sales, account management, trade counter or customer-facing sales experience
Ideally a commercial background or experience dealing with contractors, facilities management companies or commercial customers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
