Location: Broadway, Worcestershire

Salary: £35,692 per annum plus share of service charge

Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie on behalf of one of our clients, a luxury estate hotel. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supporting your section to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
Preparing ingredients and assisting with mise en place and service.
Working closely with senior chefs to learn and develop.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Helping to keep service smooth, efficient and professional.
Contributing to stock control, prep and organisation.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working with fresh, seasonal produce in a quality-led kitchen.
A strong work ethic and commitment to learning.
A reliable, positive and professional approach.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A desire to grow and progress in a structured, supportive environment.
Benefits:

48 hours per week.
Meals on duty and uniform provided.
30 days holiday (rising to 35 after 5 years).
