High Level Teaching Assistant

Location: West Drayton

Contract Type: Full-Time (Term-time only)

Salary: £120 - £140 per day

We're partnered with an established independent school in West Drayton, dedicated to providing exceptional education for children aged 5-11 with moderate learning difficulties and Autism. The school is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team. You'll play pivotal role in supporting the educational development of the student.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, preparing and delivering high-quality lessons with the support of the teachers.
Lead a small group session or manage the whole-class teaching as and when required.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and teachers.
Provide targeted support to students with special educational needs, adapting teaching methods and resources to meet individual learning requirements.Requirements:

Proven experience working with students with special education needs.
Preferably a HLTA qualification or equivalent.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Great understanding of safeguarding principles and child protection procedures.What We Offer:
