Long Term Futures are working with a friendly and supportive primary school in Merton that are looking to appoint a passionate Year 3 and 4 Teacher to join their team from September.
The school has a welcoming atmosphere, a collaborative leadership team and a strong focus on ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys delivering engaging lessons, inspiring learners and preparing pupils for the next stage of their education.

As the Year 3 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Assess pupil progress and use data effectively to adapt teaching and maximise attainment.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and higher-attaining learners.
Work closely with colleagues, parents and support staff to ensure every child achieves their best.
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development while preparing them for transition into secondary education. We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching within a UK primary school.
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Confident planning and delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire pupils.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
