Corporate Security Supervisor / Security Shift Manager
Salary: £55,000 + discretionary bonus, on-site gym, free breakfast & lunch.
Location: Central London
Hours: 5 days (Apply online only)), 2 days off, 5 nights (Apply online only)), 3 off. Average of 56 hours per week
Great opportunity for a positive and ambitious security professional to join a first-class security function in Central London. This role will see you provide leadership to a dedicated security team. The role comes with an extensive benefits package which includes the use of an on-site gym, discretionary bonus, free breakfast and lunch.
The shift pattern will see you working 5 days (Apply online only)), 2 days off, 5 nights (Apply online only)), 3 off. Average of 56 hours per week.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* You will have strong supervisory or management experience. This will be as a security supervisor, security shift manager, security manager, duty security manager etc.
* SIA license holder and ideally you will hold a CCTV license or be prepared to obtain it if successful.
* Happy working a mix of days, nights & weekends on a rota basis.
* Experience updating/implementing SOP's.
* A passion for training and developing security officers.
* Experience of positively engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
* Supervising the delivery of site security ensuring a 5-star service is delivered to guests, visitors and staff.
* Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development.
* Staff training and development
* Rota management
* Undertake regular security patrols to ensure standards are being exceeded
* Implementation of policies, SOP’s, AI’s, emergency preparedness etc.
* Incident management and response
* Responding to facilities issues within the building
* Safeguarding of various assets to include people, buildings and information.
* Oversee the operation of security systems.
* Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities teams.
* Undertake security officer duties as required.
