* Repairing steel, aluminium and composite vehicle panels.

* Using specialist body repair equipment and tools safely and effectively.

You'll be someone who enjoys producing first-class repairs, works well within a team and consistently delivers high standards of workmanship.

Ideally, you will have:

* At least 3 years' experience as a Panel Beater.

* Experience repairing a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.

* Knowledge of modern repair methods and manufacturer repair standards.

* The ability to work independently and efficiently.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

* ATA accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential.

* A full UK driving licence.

What's on Offer?

In return, you'll be joining a business that genuinely values its technicians and invests in both its people and equipment.

Benefits include:

* Competitive basic salary with excellent earning potential.

* Modern workshop with the latest repair technology.

* Consistent workload and job security.

* Overtime opportunities available.

* Ongoing manufacturer and technical training.

* Friendly and supportive working environment.

* Career progression opportunities within a growing business.

* Company pension.

* Paid annual leave.

* Staff discounts and additional employee benefits.

If you're an experienced Panel Beater looking for your next opportunity in West London and want to work in a professional, well-managed bodyshop where your skills are recognised and rewarded, we'd love to hear from you.
