Location: Chesterfield
Pay: £100 - £240 per day (depending on availability, the needs of the children, and experience)

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a patient, resilient, and highly nurturing SEMH Tutor to work within a specialist provision supporting pupils with very high-level Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Chesterfield.
This setting forms part of a well-established multi-academy trust and provides a safe, structured, and therapeutic learning environment for children who may have experienced trauma, disengagement from education, or significant emotional barriers to learning.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a real difference and is able to build strong, trusting relationships with young people.
The Role
As an SEMH Tutor, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, supporting engagement in learning and helping to rebuild confidence, trust, and emotional regulation.
You will deliver tailored learning activities, support emotional development, and play a key role in helping pupils re-engage with education in a positive and supportive way.

Able to build strong, positive relationships
Calm and consistent in challenging situations
