An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Environmental Planner to join a established Consultancy as part of their environmental team in Cheltenham. The successful Senior Environmental Planner will be responsible for leading a wide variety of Environmental Planning and EIA projects across the South West.

The successful candidate will have:

Demonstrable planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment
Chartered status with the RTPI or will be working towards this
Demonstrable project management experience
Previous experience in the coordination of EIA's
An in depth knowledge of the technical aspects of EIA disciplines
A proven ability to write professional reportsWithin the role the successful Senior Environmental Planner will be:

Coordinating planning applications for a range of client projects
Coordinating EIA projects
Managing projects and sub-consultants
Developing new business opportunities and preparing tenders
