You’ll be based across both the Baby Room and Toddler Room, supporting children’s development through engaging activities, warm interactions and a strong focus on wellbeing and individual needs. * A warm, caring and proactive approach

* Confidence working across Baby and Toddler age groups

* A genuine passion for supporting early development in a small, close-knit environment

If you're looking for a role where you can truly build relationships, feel valued as part of a small team, and make a real difference every day, this could be a great fit
