About the Setting
This is a small, welcoming early years setting with a real “home-from-home” feel, caring for just 9 children across two rooms (Baby and Toddler). The environment is calm, nurturing and intentionally intimate, allowing practitioners to really build strong bonds with the children and make a meaningful day-to-day impact.
With a team of 3 core staff plus additional cover when needed, this is a close-knit setting where everyone pulls together and genuinely supports one another.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join the team and help continue delivering high-quality early years care and education.
You’ll be based across both the Baby Room and Toddler Room, supporting children’s development through engaging activities, warm interactions and a strong focus on wellbeing and individual needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small, family-feel environment where no two days are the same and every child really matters.
