The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key part in the manufacturing process, helping to produce specialist composite boards and related products.
Duties include:
* Operating machinery and carrying out quality checks
* Preparing materials and completing production tasks
* Rubbing down, stacking, and reworking products
* Basic maintenance and housekeeping duties
* Manual handling and moving materials safely
* Supporting the wider production team when required
Candidate Requirements
* Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
* Good work history and reliability
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attendance and punctuality
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ideally experience of working with composites and paint
* Own transport recommended due to location
