Electrical & RF Calibration Manager
Norwich with Hybrid
£70,000 – £80,000 per annum plus performance related bonus

Service Service is recruiting for a senior-level Electrical & RF Calibration Manager on behalf of a globally recognised engineering organisation. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the development and delivery of high-precision electrical and RF calibration products across their full lifecycle.

You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, playing a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, technical direction, and innovation within a highly specialised test and measurement environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end product delivery and lifecycle management for electrical and RF calibration systems

* Manage and develop cross-functional engineering teams across hardware, software, and firmware

* Define system architectures with a focus on RF performance, signal integrity, and metrology standards

* Translate customer and market requirements into clear technical deliverables

* Lead design reviews, feasibility studies, and risk management activities

* Drive best practice in systems engineering, integration, and verification processes

* Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends

* Support continuous improvement across engineering processes and standards

* Contribute to innovation and development of new technologies and solutions

About You

* Degree qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or similar)

* Significant experience leading engineering teams within complex product environments

* Strong background in RF design and measurement systems

* Experience within test & measurement, calibration, or metrology environments

* Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle from concept to delivery

* Strong systems engineering knowledge and structured development approach

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

What’s on Offer
