Role: Senior Accountant
Location: Mexborough
Salary: Up to £43,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant job include:
• Preparation and review of year end statutory accounts for a range of clients
• Preparation of corporation tax and personal tax returns
• Managing a portfolio of clients as main point of contact
• Liaising with clients to provide advice and resolve queries
• Reviewing and supporting work completed by junior team members
• Assisting with VAT returns and management accounts where required
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within deadlines

Requirements of the Senior Accountant job include:
• Previous experience within a UK accountancy practice
• ACA or ACCA qualified, part qualified, or qualified by experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and professional approach
