We've got an excellent opportunity for a HVAC Engineer to work on a fantastic contract based in North London, great opportunity to avoid commuting and driving around Central London.
This is a great chance to join a rapidly growing building service provider, well known for their staff retention, internal progression and offering valuable career experience.
As a HVAC Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems, troubleshoot / fault find, carry out relevant repairs, respond to emergencies and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.
HVAC Engineer Duties:
Deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across HVAC plant and building services
Diagnose faults and maintain a broad range of HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF air conditioning units
Monitor and control environmental conditions via BMS systems
Identify and mitigate risks to plant and equipment, including management of critical spare parts
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of preventative maintenance programmes
Maintaining Chillers
HVAC Engineer Requirements:
Level 2 minimum within Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
F-Gas (Essential)
At least 3 years experience within commercial building services
Client facing
Ability to manage site logbooks
Salary and Package:
£45,000 - £50,000

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
Overtime available
