We’re now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us during an exciting phase of growth and innovation.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager at CLEO Systems, you’ll lead a diverse portfolio of projects, working with internal teams, NHS stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to work on projects that genuinely make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver projects from initiation through to completion
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and NHS stakeholders
Produce and maintain clear, accurate project documentation
Identify, manage, and escalate project risks
Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
Represent CLEO Systems professionally in meetings and industry events
Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track
Contribute to continuous improvement and enhanced customer outcomes
About You
You’ll be an organised and proactive Project Manager with a strong focus on delivery and collaboration.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:
Proven experience of delivering key projects as the responsible project manager.
Excellent organisational and planning skills
5 years minimum experience within a similar role.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
High attention to detail and a structured approach
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
Experience in healthcare, technology, or regulated environments (desirable
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to capability development.
A leader who is willing to contribute internally and externally.
