What You'll Be Doing
Supporting customers via telephone, email, live chat, and social media
Resolving a wide variety of customer enquiries and complex issues
Taking ownership of cases from initial contact through to resolution
Building strong relationships with customers through empathy and effective communication
Working closely with suppliers and internal departments to achieve positive outcomes
Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements to processes and customer journeys
Managing complaints professionally and finding fair, practical solutions
Ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling listened to and supported
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Confidence communicating across multiple channels
The ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive approach and willingness to continuously improve
A positive, collaborative attitude
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a contact centre environment would be advantageous
Location & Working Pattern
Edinburgh (Stockbridge area)
Four-week on-site training programme
Hybrid working available after training, with up to two days working from home
One Saturday in every three
