We're looking for an organised, proactive and personable Property Manager to join our growing team based in Droitwich.
This is a varied role offering flexibility in how the hours are worked, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, and being involved in all aspects of property management.
Property Management Assistant
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring tenants, contractors and clients receive an excellent level of service.
Key responsibilities include:
Liaising with tenants and handling day-to-day enquiries
Obtaining maintenance quotations and issuing work orders
Following up with contractors to ensure works are completed on time
Monitoring compliance requirements and key property deadlines
Carrying out monthly site inspections
Supporting financial administration, including basic arrears management
Maintaining accurate records using property management software
Assisting with the preparation of Service Charge budgets
A Hands-On Role
As a small, supportive team, we all get involved where needed. Alongside your core responsibilities, there will occasionally be practical day-to-day tasks such as:
Arranging and collecting keys
Organising key cutting
Posting letters and notices
Supporting ad-hoc operational tasks across the portfolio
These tasks are not a major part of the role but are important in helping the business run smoothly.
The successful Property Management Assistant will have the following skills and experience
Experienced in property management (commercial, block management or similar experience strongly preferred)
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload
Positive, flexible and willing to get involved in all aspects of the business
Experienced with property management software (experience with Re-Leased would be an advantage)
