📍 Midlands (Hybrid Working)

G2 are currently working with a local authority who is looking to appoint an experienced Housing Officer on an initial contract basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in housing management who enjoys working directly with residents and managing a varied patch.

🏠 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Managing a portfolio of tenancies

✅ Tenancy sign-ups, reviews and audits

✅ Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) case management

✅ Estate inspections and property visits

✅ Supporting tenancy sustainment and resident wellbeing

✅ Working closely with internal teams and external agencies

✅ Ensuring compliance with housing legislation and policies

🎯 What we're looking for:

✔ Previous experience as a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer or Tenancy Officer

✔ Strong knowledge of tenancy management and housing legislation

✔ Experience managing ASB cases and resident-focused casework

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
