We're seeking a highly organised Estates Project Manager to support the delivery of capital projects, acting as a key link between project teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This role combines project coordination, financial oversight, and governance support across a varied portfolio of estates initiatives.
Client Details
Our client is an established Oxford based company looking to expand its growing estates team.
Description
Lead coordination of major and minor capital projects from planning through to delivery
Act as the primary liaison between contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Manage project finances, budgets, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Monitor progress, risks, and performance, producing reports for senior stakeholders and committees
Support governance processes, including preparing papers, attending meetings, and tracking actions
Contribute to procurement processes and supplier management for smaller projects
Provide analytical insight to improve systems, maintenance processes, and project outcomesProfile
What we're looking for:
Degree‑level education (or equivalent) with proven project coordination/management experience
Strong financial and analytical skills, with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £37,000 to £45,000 per annum.
