Our client is a highly regarded and award winning house builder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, are looking appoint a first class Contracts Manager to what is already a high performing department.

Key responsibilities include:

* Motivate and support a team of Site Managers.

* Detailed approach to managing build programmes and sequencing on all sites within your responsibility.

* Take overall responsibility for health, safety, and environmental compliance.

* Maintain quality control and ensure all works meet NHBC and company standards.

* Liaise with internal departments, local authorities, and inspectors to resolve issues efficiently.

* Support the customer journey by ensuring timely handovers and exceptional finish quality.

* Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the build on track.

What you’ll have:

* Demonstratable track record within housebuilding is essential

* First class experience of Health & Safety, Building Regulations and NHBC standards

* Strong understanding of local Groundworkers
