An excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Planner to join a leading aerospace and defence organisation supporting aircraft maintenance, repair and modification activities.
You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining manufacturing plans and electronic work packages, ensuring maintenance activities are accurately planned and fully compliant with engineering and regulatory requirements.
The Role
Create and maintain manufacturing plans and electronic work packages.
Produce technical work instructions from approved engineering data.
Interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals and technical publications.
Support scheduled aircraft maintenance, repair and modification programmes.
Maintain configuration control of manufacturing plans and work orders.
Coordinate technical queries between Engineering and Production teams.
Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and customer requirements. We're Looking For We're interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
Manufacturing Planning.
Aircraft Maintenance Planning.
Aerospace, defence or MRO.
Aircraft maintenance, repair or modification.
Technical work instructions.
Technical Authoring or Technical Publications.
GoldESP, SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems.
MAA Part 145, EASA Part 145 or equivalent regulated aviation environments. Requirements
Engineering qualification or equivalent aerospace industry experience.
Current SC Clearance preferred.
Able to work full-time on-site at Birmingham Airport.
Comfortable working a rotating shift pattern:
Early: 06:30-16:30
Late: 16:00-02:00 What's On Offer?
