Pyramid8 are recruiting for a number of Customer Services Call Handlers – Patient Services to join a growing fast paced team. The role is to support existing and new patients with prescription medications to ensure they receive these delivered to their homes.
Monday - Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:30am – 6pm)
Temp – Perm (3 day working from home once permanent)
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their growing team. You'll play a vital role in helping patients manage their prescriptions by providing outstanding support, resolving enquiries efficiently, and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.
Duties will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email and online enquiries.
* Supporting patients with prescription requests, account queries and medication-related enquiries.
* Working closely with pharmacy, clinical and operations teams to ensure prescriptions are processed efficiently.
* Accurately updating patient records while maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
* Resolving customer issues professionally and escalating complex queries where appropriate.
* Monitoring your own performance against quality standards and customer service KPIs.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the patient experience.
* Building positive relationships with patients and colleagues to deliver a seamless service.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* A calm, empathetic and professional approach when supporting patients.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
* A healthcare background would be beneficial but not essential
