Role Overview:

Recruiting a Chef De Partie for a prestigious independent boarding school in Dorking.

You will be working within a great team using fresh and seasonal produce to create nutritious and well balanced food for the students keeping up to date with modern food trends, there is a lot of hospitality to the business also.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie

 To prepare and present food to meet the required standard

 To ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy

 Running a section within the kitchen

What You Need To Be a Successful Chef De Partie

 Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen

 Willingness to learn and progress

 Great communication skills and ability to work well within a team
