Senior Brewing Manager

£50,000 - £60,000 + Training + Progression + Company Discounts + Benefits
Are you an experienced brewer looking to take the lead within an award winning independent brewery where you'll have the opportunity to shape brewing operations and drive continuous improvement?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established craft brewery that has recently invested in a major expansion, increasing production capacity to over 4 million pints annually. You'll play a pivotal role in leading brewing operations while maintaining exceptional quality and supporting future product development.
The company has built an excellent reputation for producing modern, award winning beers and continues to invest heavily in both its facilities and its people.
In this role you will oversee brewing operations from production planning through to brewing, cellaring and packaging, while leading the brewing team, maintaining quality standards, supporting recipe development and working closely with senior management to optimise brewery performance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial brewing experience within a brewery environment and previous experience leading brewing operations or supervising brewing teams.
