The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner based in Kingston upon Thames / Esher, you will:
Support children aged 0-5 in a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Framework.
Encourage children's learning, creativity and social development through play.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Monitor children's progress and contribute to observations and learning journals.
Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:
A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework.
A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
