42.5-hour workweek – Monday to Friday
33 days of holiday, including bank holidays

Supportive team environmentDuties of a Paint Sprayer:
Carry out full and part vehicle re-sprays
Complete small paint repairs as required
Repair panels and surfaces efficiently while maintaining high standards
Follow manufacturer repair guidelines and best practices
Adapt work pace and priorities to meet business needs and efficiency targets
Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail throughout all tasksRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in an accident repair environment
NVQ Level 3 certification in Vehicle Paint Spraying (desirable)
ATA accreditation advantageous but not essential
Strong eye for detail and quality awareness
Effective communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to producing high-standard work at all times
