Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Camberley, is looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist!
The successful candidate will become the internal subject matter expert for HubSpot and play a central role in developing marketing automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and digital best practices across the business.

Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday.

Job Description
Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub functionality, including workflows, lead management, automation, reporting, and campaign tracking.
Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to support marketing and sales performance.
Support sales enablement through HubSpot training, KPI reporting, and integration with connected platforms and APIs.
Apply AI tools and marketing technologies to improve efficiency, segmentation, reporting, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to support digital campaigns, platform improvements, and best practice adoption.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
Experience creating workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards
Practical use of AI tools within marketing platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and improve complex digital systems independently
