Our client provides a warm, collaborative education environment where relationships matter, where someone who enjoys mucking in as well as shaping strategy will really flourish. If you're looking for a position where no two days are the same, you'll find plenty to get involved in—from talent acquisition and workforce planning through to employee relations, compliance, learning and development, and organisational change.
Responsibilities:
* Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement effective people strategies.
* Providing expert advice across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, learning and development and compliance.
* Leading recruitment and talent acquisition activity, developing innovative attraction strategies to secure exceptional people.
* Supporting succession planning, talent development and workforce planning initiatives.
* Using people data and insight to influence decision making and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Developing and embedding robust HR policies, processes and compliance frameworks.
* Building strong relationships across the organisation to promote a collaborative, inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
* Managing relationships with external recruitment partners and other HR service providers.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys operating both strategically and operationally.
You'll ideally have:
* CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
* Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
* Strong generalist HR knowledge across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, reward and compliance.
* A particular passion for talent acquisition, workforce planning and organisational development.
* Confidence using HR metrics and data to influence business decisions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
* A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to create positive employee experiences.
