Vibe Care are seeking, for their client, an experienced Children's Service Team Leader for Aylesbury, High Wycombe & surrounding areas in Buckinghamshire working across different locations.
This is a permanent Full Time position for 37 hours per week - Typically 9am -5pm with one afternoon/evening shift per week & negotiation on a whole weekend off to be discussed if successful.

The service is a project that delivers community short breaks for children with disabilities & additional needs aged from 0-19 years old offering a range of activities. The aim is to give every child opportunities that promote independence, to build individual skills and to have fun.
The role:
To guide and work alongside a dedicated team supporting children and young people.
Supporting children & young people to reach their potential by supporting development & promoting independence.
Actively encouraging a wide range of community activities designed to engage, challenge, and inspire each child or young person.
Support with social, emotional, health, and personal care needs.
You'll support colleagues whilst maintaining high standards of safety & engagement.
Drive continuous improvement through positive communication with children, families, and professionals.
Enable every child achieves the best possible outcomes.We offer a range of activities from creative sessions inc. arts, sensory play, team games, cooking, outdoor play to water sports, climbing, farm trips to name just a few! Could you make a difference and be part of an amazing team?
What we need from you:
Knowledge of different disabilities previous experience supporting children & young people.
Excellent communication, leadership & interpersonal skills
Level 3 Early Years childcare or OFSTED approved equivalent qualification or willing to work towards.
Have a full driving licence & access to your own car as travel to different locations will be required.
