We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Panel Beater at their reputable accident repair centre in Penrith, Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Panel Beaters seeking a role that offers competitive pay, ongoing training, and career development prospects.

Repairing or replacing damaged panels to a high standard
Planning work and ordering parts to ensure timely completion
Maintaining thorough knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and products
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Maintaining high standards of workshop cleanliness and organisation
Completing documentation accurately and efficientlyRequirements for the Panel Beater:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a busy Bodyshop
Attention to detail and quality awareness
Good communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
ATA repair body certification would be advantageous, but not essential
NVQ Level 3 qualification is desirable, though extensive experience will be considered
