Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Support Worker to join an Adults Learning Disability Care Service on an ongoing shift basis.

This role is ad-hoc shift cover with days and waking nights available.

What You'll Be Doing

* Providing person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.

* Supporting people with personal care, nutrition and medication where required.

* Encouraging independence and developing daily living skills.

* Supporting individuals to take part in activities both within the service and in the local community.

* Building positive relationships with the people you support, their families and professionals.

* Completing accurate daily records and reporting any safeguarding concerns.

Requirements:

* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs

* Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults

* Good communication and teamwork skills
