Our client, a leading player in the Cyber Security sector, is seeking an experienced Exposure Management Vulnerability Lead to join their team. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to shape and manage the vulnerability landscape within an innovative and technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the development and implementation of vulnerability management programs and processes
Identifying, assessing and prioritising vulnerabilities within IT systems and networks
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and mitigate identified vulnerabilities
Providing expert guidance on cyber security best practices and standards
Developing and delivering training and awareness programmes for internal teams
Monitoring emerging threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring timely response and remediation
Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management
Maintaining and enhancing the overall security posture of the organisation
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in IT Cyber Security with a focus on vulnerability management
In-depth understanding of security testing methodologies and tools
Proficiency in common cyber security frameworks and standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
Relevant certifications in cyber security are advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology or a related field
