Admin Assistant
Location: Near Inverurie
Pay: £14.30 hr
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am – 4:30pm (some flexibility may be required)
We are looking for a motivated and organised Admin Assistant to join our team at a leading modular building and construction solutions provider based near Inverurie.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in administration. Full training will be provided, so we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
* Inputting planning information and maintaining accurate records
* Ordering materials and assisting with stock takes
* Updating Health & Safety training records and maintaining Health & Safety folders
* Updating material and labour costs to support KPI reporting
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
What We're Looking For
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
