Do you want to join a new and growing technical team?
* Join a leading manufacturing business that invests in its people and promotes career progression.
* Play a key role within a growing technical team, working on residential projects ranging from small developments to large multi-phase schemes.
* Produce construction issue details, sections, elevations and manufacturing drawings.
* Manage your own projects and liaise with architects, contractors, project managers and clients.
* Develop technical solutions that meet building regulations and project specifications.
* Work closely with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What we are looking for:
* Experience within an Architectural Technician, Architectural Design or similar technical role.
* Strong AutoCAD skills.
* Good understanding of current building regulations.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Experience with façades, glazing or residential construction is advantageous.
* Revit/BIM experience is desirable but not essential.
Package & Benefits:
* Competitive Salary depending on experience - happy to negotiate
* Monday-Friday working week (8am-pm or 9am-5pm).
