Prospero Teaching is working with a welcoming and inclusive school in CR0 that is looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs. You'll work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support, helping pupils to develop both academically and socially in a nurturing and supportive school environment.

Contract Details
Location: CR0
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Full-time (Long-term)
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (school hours may vary)
Pay: GBP95 - GBP115 per day (dependent on experience)

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting pupils
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A commitment to helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential
Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs is advantageous but not essential

To Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must:
Have the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
