Senior Administrator. Westhoughton. £26k - £30k doe. 34.5 hours per week! Mon-Thur 9am - 5pm, Fridays 9am - 1.30pm.

A well established manufacturing firm based in Westhoughton are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a team of 5 in their HR and Payroll department to train as a Payroll Co Ordinator! Training will be given and role duties will include;

* Processing weekly for circa 350 staff who are based across various sites (UK based) using a clocking system.

* Ensuring hours are inputted correctly, checking for missing or incorrect entries and liaising with site managers regarding any anomalies

* Recording holiday, sick pay, maternity/paternity leave

* Calculating any overtime payments are paid correctly

* Making amendments to employee details

* Entering new starters onto the system and ensuring that leavers are sent the correct paperwork

* Ensuring full compliance with current payroll legislation at all times

To be successful, you will have previous experience in a senior administration position and the ability to pick things up quickly in a fast paced environment. This can be quite a demanding role so you would need to be organised, proactive and ambitious to learn. You will also have the opportunity to work towards and gain Payroll qualification - CIPP.
