Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Byfleet
Salary: £27,105 FTE / £13.90 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)

The Role

Our client is looking for a hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse and distribution operations. You'll process customer orders, manage stock, prepare shipments, and help keep the warehouse running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders and arrange parcel and pallet deliveries.
Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare goods for dispatch.
Receive, check, and book in deliveries.
Maintain accurate stock records and organise warehouse storage.
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organised.
Support colleagues and assist with day-to-day warehouse tasks when needed.

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
Good organisation and time management skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Confident using computers (Sage 50 experience is an advantage).
Experience using forklift and hand pallet trucks is beneficial.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
