We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to support a major assembly line automation project within a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidates will be responsible for assessing current production processes, conducting detailed line balancing studies, identifying efficiency improvements, and quantifying potential cost and productivity savings. The findings will help shape a significant automation investment programme.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess existing assembly line operations
- Conduct detailed line balance and workflow analysis
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Quantify labour, productivity, and cost-saving opportunities
- Produce recommendations and supporting data for business case development

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale manufacturing transformation initiative with a focus on automation, efficiency, and operational excellence
